If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to explain why. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Our payment provider, Paddle, is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Reply to the order receipt email you received from Paddle and ask for a refund, or
3. Contact us directly and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
